A. Some signs of a roof in need of repair or replacement.

• 15 years or older

• Leaking or water marks on interior walls and ceilings

• Missing shingles

• High valley deterioration

• Rotten fascia and/or soffit wood

• Large amounts of granules and asphalt in gutters and at the  downspouts

• Sagging roof areas (possibly rotting wood)

• Curling and cracking shingles

• High amounts of algae and mildew staining
