Dear valued customer, 

Beyond the various manufacturer warranties, Jarvis Exteriors, Inc. and Jarvis Roofing, Inc. stands behind its work fully.  Our roofing, siding and window work carries a 5 year labor guarantee and our gutter work carries a 1 year leak free labor guarantee.  If you ever have an issue with any of our work beyond the warranty period we encourage you to call us immediately.  We will give the matter our full attention and if service is needed, we will be sure to treat you fairly.
