Job Process
What to expect during a Jarvis Exteriors, Inc. project. The Roofing and Siding Replacement Process;
1.)- Company representative will go over the contract and job process with you.

2.)- Contract is signed and a deposit is received.

3.)- Brand, type and color of shingles/siding and other items are chosen.

4.)- Job date is chosen. Note: (Your job date could be delayed by any or all of the following factors: inclement weather delayed jobs that were preceding yours, inclement weather on your job date, material shortages, supplier delays, permit issues, etc. So please be patient and understand that our foremost concern is the safety of your home and our employees. When the conditions allow sufficient time to complete your project, we will do your project.)

5.)- Material delivery date and positioning are chosen.

6.)- You will be notified (whenever possible), to inform you of the new material delivery date and job scheduling changes so vehicles can be moved if necessary.

7.)- A Jarvis Exteriors employee will obtain and deliver the permit along with bulk materials from our warehouse to your job site.

8.)- Your material will be delivered.

9.)- Your project starting date: Most of our jobs the crew will arrive between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.

9a.)- The crew will protect the house and landscaping with tarps and plywood where necessary and start the work. Note: Although great measures are taken to protect landscaping items, occasionally some flowers, leaves & branches are knocked off and/or broken. We apologize for this, it is unavoidable and we will not replace what will grow back.

9b.)- Upon completion of the work, the crew will clean up all debris resulting from work completed, including collecting missed nails with a roller magnet.

10.)- Soon after completion of the work, a Jarvis Exteriors employee will fill out a final inspection checklist for your job, pick up any left over material, scour the site for any missed debris, and roll the yard and driveway one last time for any missed nails.

11.)- Your Jarvis Exteriors, Inc. representative will soon be contacting you to go over the job with you and fill out a certificate of completion/satisfaction form and collect the contract balance.

12.)- Soon thereafter you will be receiving a certificate of warranty and a few other supporting documents.

The Gutter Replacement Process;

1.)- All pre job requirements will be met by the company representatives.

2.)- Our gutter installers will arrive on the day of the gutter work and complete the required installations. Note: Due to the nature of gutter work exact days and times can not always be given but we will do our best to keep you informed.

3.)- Soon after completion of the gutter work, a Jarvis Exteriors employee will fill out a final inspection checklist for your job, pick up any left over material, scour the site for any missed debris, and roll the yard and driveway one last time for any missed nails.

4.)- Your Jarvis Exteriors, Inc. representative will soon be contacting you to go over the job with you and fill out a certificate of completion/satisfaction form and collect the contract balance.

5.)- Soon thereafter you will be receiving a certificate of warranty and a few other supporting documents.

The Window Replacement Process;

1.)- All pre job requirements will be met by the company representatives.

2.)- Our window installers will pre measure for the window order. Note: Windows can take 2 weeks or more to receive once ordered so your patience is appreciated.

3.)- Once the windows are in they will be delivered they will be delivered. A company representative will be in contact with you as to the delivery dates and times.

4.)- On the date of installation you will need to be home for access to your home. Prior to that time, please remove and/or move any furniture, window decorations, and other items from areas around the windows for easy access of the work areas.

5.)- Soon after completion of the windows, a Jarvis Exteriors employee will fill out a final inspection checklist for your job, pick up any left over material, scour the site for any missed debris, and roll the yard and driveway one last time for any missed nails.

6.)- Your Jarvis Exteriors, Inc. representative will soon be contacting you to go over the job with you and fill out a certificate of completion/satisfaction form and collect the contract balance.

7.)- Soon thereafter you will be receiving a certificate of warranty and a few other supporting documents.
